Epson India — Service centre, vashi... Horrible service | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, EPSON SERVICE CENTRE, VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI .. is a very unprofessional and unfriendly service centre. I bought an EPSON Printer: Model:L200 in 2013 which automatically got dead 1 day after expiry of its Warranty. I approached the EPSON, Vashi service centre and they informed that logic board needed to be changed. Now that a serious issues with all EPSON INKJET Printers. They have lifespan of a little more than a year. Along with the cost I asked for the warranty of the new logic board to which they said it has no warranty. They kept on pressing me to purchase a new printer. Its really surprising that at a company service centre the original parts are without any warranty and the customer have no option, either to fix the costly new part with any assurance or purchase a new printer. After a month I informed them to change the logic card to which they informed after 15 days that the second part i.e., printer head has got damaged due to non-function. Its really a SHAME ON EPSON ... EPSON IS CHEATING ITS CONSUMERS by giving faulty printers and their service centres keep on pressing to purchase new one instead of repairing the parts and discourage by denying any warranty.
