Epson India — To service the printer

We are from marthandam in kanyakumari district tamilnadu. We are having an epson m200 printer. We are very satisfy with this printer. But now the part of the printer wheel had broken with pin. Also an epson service technician had came and he told that the part is not having anywhere. So kindly please help me to service this printer. Also i had attached the photo of the printer
