I am victim of this cheating, fraud and arms twisting by Era Group.I had booked a flat in Oct 2010.The flat was to be delivered within 24 months from the date of booking.I paid about 98% and at times penalty due to delay payment.The Buyer Agreement was signed on 28/10/2011.As per the original plan the Flat were to be up to third Floor but Fourth Floor on our floor was added without consent and terrace right was encroached.When it was taken up the Builder started giving threat of cancellation of allotment.Under I protest I deposited the extra amount on account of EDC/IDC charges of Rs 2.07 Lacs.I had written several letters and when visited the site after payment on 05/02/15 I found the work was stopped.The contractor told they were not being paid by Era they are constrained to stop work.As per the agreement the Flat was to be given by Oct 2012 otherwise the builder had to pay Rs7/sqft as penalty which in my case works out to be Rs 7000/month which works out to be Rs 2.8 lacs and refund of IDC/EDC taken under protest.All are requested who are victim of this Builder to contact me at [protected] to file a case and book Rajesh Tripathi and Mr Dheeraj for involving in cheating and fraud
