Escorts Finance — Requirement of NOC for the two wheeler

Hi, I had taken a two wheeler loan in the year 2000 through Escorts Finance Ltd. The same got over in 2003. Now planning to sell my bike and would require the NOC (hypothication has to be cancelled on the RC book) for the transfers of vehicle. Now that the company (two wheeler financing) doesn't exist anymore, not sure how to handle the situation. Can someone help me on this... Regards, Jai
