Employees' State Insurance Corporation [ESIC] Complaints & Reviews

I have submitted all original documents medical certificates, leave forms issued by the esic hospital, sanathnagar, hyderabad and issued by my area dispensary located in mangalghat, hyderabad in july 2019 at hyderabad. But till now i have not received any confirmation and claim id or acknowledgement from their end. How can i know my claim status and when should i receive my claim amount....

Sir..in esi dispensery kattedan shivarampally branch hyderabad.. The staff is saying always no medicines and not issuing medicines and saying to purchase from out side stores.. If we ask what we can do.. We are having no medicines.. Nearly from one year same thing is going on.. Please look into the matter and please solve the problem.in the below prescription no medicine is issued...

Today i was going to esi hospital, delhi to receiving a mri report, unhone mujhe 2film open hath me de diye or kaha ki aise lekr chale jao, how can this report carry open in hand, kam se kam ek envelope me to de dete. Yadi ye report gahr le jane or lane me kharab ho jaye ya fir report dust se gndi ho jaye to kya dr us report ko dekh skte hai. At mangol puri esi dispencry, at 4 no. Medicine counter male staff shouting on patient in loudly voice and denied to give medicine.
After complaint no action taken by medical officer.
There are no manner's have four no. Counter medicine distribution person.
His behavior like a too bad person.
Kindly look this behavior which is using by staff. Thanks...

Sir mai ne apni wife ko dermatologist department me dikhane gya tha, jha doctor ne ek cream lika aur boli ki meri clinic pe aa jana injection lgana padega.. Sir kya aise hi garib patien ko luta jayega.. Mai unki clinic pe bhi gya jha injection ka price 140 ke karib tha aur mere se 1000 ki dimand hue... Please aap se request hai aise doctors pe action le.. Mere paas enka video bhi hai.....

Sir today[protected] saturday) i went to esi hospital mandi gobindgarh. When i reached hospital it was 2.15 pm my wife and my son was also with me. I traveled 25 km. When i ask for docker from counter they told docter is already gone, i ask the timing of doctor they told me 9. Am to 3pm, but docter is already gone at 2.15 pm. They covered up him. And at 2.30 pm all staf gone they told me please go out side we have to close the hospital....

I m complaint about the doctor. Doctor is always coming late to the esi dispensery of berhampur. Now it's 5:10pm but still doctor not available in the dispensery. 7nos of patients are waiting for the doctor to consult. Kindly visit to the esi dispensery surprisely.
