ESIC — Bangalore Medical claim not processed

Respected Team,
We have a concern with ESI medical claim for accident for my Brother David,
He met with an accident 03 October 2014 mid night on road accident.
He got major head injury and couple of fracture and admitted at Manual Orthopedic Hospital in Nagercoil and treated and done the surgery for the same,
After submitted the entire medical bills for claim against his (David) ESI account at Bangalore, Mysore road ESI Dispensary with in charge Mr.Manju contact number: [protected] till now the claim not process and not responding the concern team, we have sent more than 20 Email and directly enquired about the same not received any proper response, it’s completed 10 months’ time, Medical expense around 80 thousand.
Please help us to get the claim process ASAP and do the required, in case of any query please let us know thanks.
