My Insurance No: [protected], Mahalakshmi .M, In the date of 14/11/2013 to 16/11/2013 I am admitted in Hospitalized, My Bill Amount Rs.6582/-, 10 times more I am going ESI Hospital and Local Office, I Cannot able to Rectified my application and my claim.
