ESIC — ESIC Hospital have no any response My Father is sick from on 18th May 2015

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that we have ESIC smart card its IP No-[protected] but ESIC Hospital have no any response My Father is sick from on 18th May 2015 at Howrah West Bengal, When I have go ESIC Hospital Maniktala Kolkata, Where receptionist ignore my issues and also said your smart card have releasing from Delhi office you use at Delhi ESIC Hospital, I can’t understood Why ESIC office make the smart card. My father have admit from 18th May 2015 Private Hospital, Shree Jain Hospital Howrah West Bengal. Right now I am not able to pay the Hospital bill. Please help us.
