Sir, My name is Rupak Sinha and my card no. is[protected], Sir, unfortunately my mother & father are suffering with BP & sugar & they need medicine frequently, before last month I get medicine from local office. But this month they told me you get medicine from any medical store & submit the bill, it means they could not provide the medicine. Sir, I am very poor person & I can't afford the cost of such medicines.
