ESIC — medicine not available in the local dispencary

i am mr N.radha krishnan from chennai.my i.p.no is[protected]. as i contacted a local dipensary in harbour area for a diabetics medicine . but they are saying that medicines are not available and they also insisting us to purchase from outside medical shop. if this made to happen why i need this facility. i requestd you to take proper action against this and make medicines to available as soon as possible thank you.
