Dear Sir, I have problem in my teeth & It was examined by ESIC ROHINI SEC-15 ESIC on 10 Oct. 2014 . They promised me to replacement with permanent teeth within two month but promised date is expired . I visited many time to particular ESIC but they miss behead with me. I am suffering with large pain but the are ignoring me . Requesting you to do something better for me. Yours sincerely.
