[Resolved]  ESIC — Pending Claim Settlement.

I Ms. Rasshmi Shinde having an ESIC Insurance No: [protected] and UHID No: MH01.[protected]. I have claim medical bills of my father who is dependent on me, for settlement in the month of April 2013 at Kamgar Hospital, Wagle Estate. The file no. given by the concern officer is R-5. The settlement of the same has not been done till date. Whenever ask to the officer about the file, they say come after 1 month or 2-3 months. I have also done the mail to [protected]@esic.nic.in many times. In December 2013 I had received a mail from Mr Sunil Kr Singh SSO, ICT Division informing me that my file has been forwarded for information and necessary action. But till date there is no improvement at all. I am taking the follow up regurarly and now I am really fed up of the service given to me. Details where the file has been submitted are as follows.
