ESIC — Treatment for my Mother - IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED

I am Dhanraj Bandaru with ESI INs No: [protected] consulted ESI Nacharam Hospital for my mother eye checkup on[protected] and Doctor advised to get a scanning for eye(A-Scan) and after all checkup, we again went to Hospital on[protected] and Doctor said eyes needs to be operated and he has given date[protected] for operation they have given this long date as their was Eye instrument problem and they are working on fixing it. But on[protected] we received a call saying the instrument not ready yet so we cannot operate on[protected] and the operation got postponed. Still as on date i.e.[protected] Eye Operation Instrument issue is not fixed, please look into this at the earliest as Doctor said if the treatement for my mother is delayed their may be a chance of losing eye-sight.
