ESIC — waiting for registration

This is very funny. Patient should wait for treatment. But in ESIC I did wait only for registration 2 hours. Now a days we getting movie tickets within seconds but we are waiting for doctor for two hours. How shame. I am an employee and every month amount getting debit and result is this. Increase your counters and appoint who knows the computer operating. Don't give this type of service. That man taking 10 minutes for one registration. What is this. ? Please change the system. Remember patients comeing for treatment not for entertainment. How they will suffer of waiting for 2 hours
