[Resolved]  Esource Network Pvt. Ltd. — They cheat in service, support and finally duped you

I have taken 2 seats of Medical Offline Form Filling process from Esource Network Pvt.Ltd. on last 15.10.2015. I paid security charges 30k for 2 Ids. They will follow up you for sign up and payment nicely. Once you paid you won't get any responses from them properly. Like if you request them for Training and software installation they will hang hang up you for 10 to 12 days. Then finally they will install the software and give you training for the same. They even not tell you or guide you the technical specifications of software functions at all because they want you to do mistakes. Now if you send email or call them for support or on queries they even not respond you. yes they on respond you when you already lost 2 to 3 days of work because this is their strategies. If you ask for clarifications they will fight with you with a statement that they are not bound to respond you whenever you want.Actually they pretending themselves a professional guys but actually they are some group of frauds and cheaters who wants to earn money by doing manipulating business. I have all the proof that how they tried to cheat me. Now a most important thing is that their software is not functioning as they declared. You can not edit the entries, you can not back up the data properly, unexpected errors you will get during entries.

When we tried to correct our mistakes we found that their software is nothing more than to destroy your work and effort. We already did the work for 8 days and all the work has been destroyed when we tried to edit our entries. We called them immediately but nobody responded our calls. They only ask what is your name and where are you from thats all. They won't allow you to talk with their senior because their senior itself mad this kind of tricks. We actually contacted their Pune branch and they have registered office at Ahmedabad.

They already taken another 15 days from the date when we informed them about their software behavior. And till now they are not able rectify that.

I have all email proof that how they reply and how much time they used to take for that. Also I have proof of msgs, Call recordings etc to drag them into a legal action.

Most shocking fact is that when we asked them for extension they gave us only 3 to 4 days whereas we lost 18 days due to their mistakes and we do have any hand on it. And we deserved to get 15 to 18 days of extension legally. But they did not responded even for this. We used call 10 to 15 times then only someone will pick the call and talk to you. They all are .
