One Estilo Watch was received through Flipkart under order No. OD[protected], which is not working within the warranty period. The same was reported to flipkart through compliant cell.
As per their instructions, the repair watch has to be sent to your firm for repair attention. Before dispatch the watch, I confirmed your representative over phone ([protected]).
The watch was dispatched to the above address through Professional Couriers vide No. TRZ56266218 on 11.07.2015. So far, neither reply nor watch has been received . Was this information helpful? | |
