I have bought this product 4 months ago, and there is a problem in the power cord since the day i received it. I have been calling the customer almost every 2 days they have been saying they will send the executive in 24-48hours.
Its been nearly 2 months and every time i call they give a new compliant id, but no one seems to call back and come home to repair
Very poor response, very bad assistance
Neglecting customers, never respond
