Eureka Forbes — After sales service is worst!!! | |||||
We had buy water purifier from Eureka forbes. We were told that there will be 3 free service. After a lot of follow up and complain, we got one person to do the service. When he came he didn't bring the filter with him which was much need as we wanted to change the filter. After I call them 100 times, every time they say we will send someone and till today no one even care to call me up or do follow up. Was this information helpful? | |||||
