Eureka Forbes — amc servicing and cartrdige replacement

i have undergone amc with eureka forbes RO water purifier. as per amc, every three months they have to visit and give servicing to water purifier at free of cost. after may 2014 servicing, nobody turned this side, now 7 months over, inspite repeated service requests, simply they attend the phone and nobody will visit and service. 2. as per amc, every one year they have to replace the cartridge and it was due by october 2014, nobody is servicing, i request to instruct them to do the needful as per the amc
