Eureka Forbes — Amount Not Refunded, and I am not supported by customer care

Hi, I had made payment for your product via online for Dr Aquaguard Compact on 7th of May 2015. I haven't received the product nor been followed up by any of your officials on the delivery, hence I had raised complaint with your customer care 3+ times and still there was no response, so I cancelled your product and asked for the refund. Customer care told me they have cancelled and will process the refund, I am calling customer care again 3 + times to get my money back. They are simply asking me to call some personals in kerala, and when I contact them they are saying they can do nothing for products purchased online. This is a ridiculous event, where you are making customer to keep calling all over india to check the refund status. Please give back my money.
