Dear Sir / Madam, I have booked the Eureka Forbes, Water Purifier - Model Name -Aqua guard Enhance Green RO WP on dtd.10.04.15 and made the full payment through online. He assured to deliver the machine on 14.04.15 but till date not resolve my problem because your water purifier Adaptor not Ok and i have not received the same, even after following up with all concerned persons & booking complain on net, by telephone & by mail and asked to return my money. But no one from the Eureka bothers to even call & clarify the matter. Note: - Delivery Challan No.25334633 Dtd.10-04-15 / Order No.[protected] Dtd.10-04-15.
