[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aqua guard return | |||||
I have ordered Dr Aquaguard Magna RO on 19.11.2015 in confusion of Dr Aquaguard Magna RO+UV. I received product on 20.11.2015 and want to replace the same by Magna RO + UV for which I have contacted customer care and they assured me that they will cancel my product by Monday and will refund within one week. They suggest me to send mail on [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. I have not received any response to either mail or my query raised at customer care. I have called several time to customer care for the issue and they assured me that I will get revert very soon but I have yet not received any thing. Kindly help to resolve my issue at the earliest. Really fed up of poor services from aquaguard.
