I had lodged a complaint regarding d servicing of my aqua guard on 23 rd September 2015. The company sent an agent the very next. He did the servicing and told to check. But as there was no water supply i could not check the same. Later that, after i got water supply, i checked the machine. To my surprise the jar was completely broken. This wasnt the scenario before he came. He was fidgeting with the jar. But i thought it was routine. And later i find this. I immediately called the customer service and told them to arrange for an agent as my aqua guard is not operating. Till date (5th October 2015) they have not sent any one. I called up several times. Every time i was told that the agent would come by the next day. But no one turned up. Now I am fed up of this kind of behaviour.
