I have raise Service Request No 83231677 on 31st Aug 2015 for servicing the product which is under warranty. The request is still open and every time I call in service no [protected] I get false commitment that engineer will visit asap. Its more than 2 months now and with same status. Request body don't go for Eureka Forbes product. As company don't bother to look into 2 months long pending request. Don't wast your money by investing in Eureka Forbes product. This personal experience which I am sharing. Think 2 months is not small time. I am writing this after losing all my patience. Was this information helpful? | |||
