Eureka Forbes — aquaguard enhance RO purifier complaint

A big disappointment from eureka forbes.on 24/01/2015 a sales manager Named vijay bhardwaj, branch: jabalpur (M.P) who does door to door service, visited out home & began telling us about the aquaguard enhance green RO. on day 1 he was coaxing us to exchange our old aquaguard & buy this new model.we told him that we need time to think over this but he was adamant on selling the model of which we had no clue.he immediately handed us the advance receipt Rs. 1000/- & was confusing & bluffing us the whole time!! next day he visits our home & gives a description of the enhance RO model..it was the responsibility of this man to tell us about available models but he very cunningly diverted the whole topic.he did not gave details on warranty extension, servicing, other versions & TDS meter . i googled up & asked him questions relating to these queries he lied that he will check the TDS level & stuff!! he also said he would give a demo & if the model does not suits us he will pay back the money.HE THOUGHT I AM A KID & WAS EXPLAINING ABOUT REVERSE OSMOSIS & STUFF!! i am an engineer & i knew how foolish was he!! i pretended i did not knew about technical stuff!! next day he disappears & a technician comes & installs the unit.the sales manager never told us how will he connect the unit with our corporation tap!! the machine filters very slowly & our corporation water is available for 1 hour only at evening!! the technician fitted the pipe with corporation tap!! this model is useless for us!! there's no difference between this 1 & our old model..!! after this 2 new guys visited our home & were bugging us badly to buy a vaccum cleaner & we clearly yelled NO!! this man VIJAY BHARDWAJ very cunningly made false claims & is now acting busy!! repeated phone calls have been made but the whole staff lies all the time! this man is not uninstalling the unit & returning our money!! also he did not gave us the warranty card & is making excuses!! after 100 calls they sent us the bill through courier!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! THE CUSTOMER SALES SPECIALIST " PRABHAT KUMAR SISODIYA " ALSO WAS COAXING US TO BUY MORE PRODUCTS !! I FEEL CHEATED !! I DON'T WISH TO TRUST THIS BRAND AGAIN!!

Recently, I have purchased a Classic + models from Aquaguard [Sales Officer Shri. Patil, mobbile No. [protected]] at Indira nagar, Nashik (Bill No. 1220168 ddated 30.01.2017]. After 2 days, machine came and after few time plumber came. He fitted the machine in presence of may son. Earlier aquaguard Nova was fitted. The plumber used old diversion tap and tube and connected new tube to old tube and very badly fitted the machine. In the evening, I saw the bad fitting and called to Mr. Patil and ask him why the plumber has used old diversion tap and old tube. He said that, he will tell the plumber to fit new diversion tap. However, the plumber not fitted the same on 02.02.2017. Instead, he call me on mobile and told that the diversion tap is not supplied with machine. However, 10 such taps are being received from ahmednagar on 03.20.2017 and tomorrow i.e. on 03.20.2017 he will fit the new tap. The plastic bag supplied with the machine, it is specifically mentioned that diversion tap is supplied with the machine. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OF EUREKA FORBES LIMITED. I told Mr. Patil, that I wiil filed compliant about ii traetment given by the company to the customer. Now, on 03.02.2017, one phone call received from unknown person (cell No. is [protected]) and he told me that he is calling from the Aquaguard and he has been directed to fit the diversion tap accordingly he went to home and fitted the same but the diversion tap seems to be very low quality. Now, can anybody responsible person of Eureka Forbes Ltd. as to whether
1. Diversion tap is supplied with CLASSIC+ machine
2. Wheteher diversion tap fitted afterwards is genuine or otherwise.

I just hope that reply will be received from You. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
