Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard not working from last 2 months and even after complaining 100 times they haven't take any action | |||||
I do have a aquaguard compact installed in my home.From the last 2 months it is not working. I have filled the complaints 100 times even though no action is taken by the company. They say that we have added your complaint in quick and it will we resolved in 48 hours, but the fact is that from the last two months no technician have ever visited my home. At last today i am getting it replaced by "liv pure" i request all the people over here please dont go for "aquaguard" ever.. Still my machine is in amc contract upto 2017 but they don't bother about customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
