[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard not working since 10 days | |||
My aqua-guard is under AMC, which is valid upto 18.01.2017 . Contract receipt No.10/24315724 Dt.19.01.2015 . The agent is Bapuji Enterproses, fatak, bharat complex, belpahar, jharsuguda, ph- [protected] . The said aquaguard is under b/d since 07.08.2015 . It was reported to the dealer & service engineer . After several persuasion they have not attended till now (Dt.21.08.2015). It is rainy season . The purpose of buying this is failed . Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The service of this company is very very very very poor . The always try to make money from the situation . Their version is you pay now i will rectify it but if u want to rectify under AMC it will be delayed . After rectification there were phone calls from different branches . Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
