[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard Reviva- membrane- worst service | |||||
I have done Aquaguard membrane replacement in the month jan 2015, that costed me 2200. in oct 2015, it got repaired and came to know the membrane is gone. when i have raised a complaint at customer care, a service person came and charged 200rs for checking and said no warranty for products and i need to replace the product again. im pretty sure the membrane that has been replaced in the month was a defective piece or used one. when im trying to reach the customer care, they are not responding properly. one guy has informed servicing is free for one year if any parts have been changed but then the service guy has charged 200rs. could anyone let me know if there is any warranty for the membrane or not. and whom should i contact for resolving this.
