Hi All, Please be informed you that Aquaguard Reviva RO system was not working properly from 14.05.2016 but i have complaint on 16.05.2015. some one will attend again issue yesterday (24.06.2015)I have booked complaint customer support said waiting for parts you ticket will open .(I ask reference number but customer care representative said ticket still open waiting for parts).but today late evening some attend and said we need to paid Rs 3500 .(its still under warranty ) is not acceptable we are use very minimal . 16.06.2015 water rate below 45 said but today person said above 100 ?
