[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquasure aquaflow dx uv water purifier on off switch complaint | |||
Follow up activity no. [protected] for complaint [protected]. Eureka forbes has a pathetic after sales service. The product aquasure aquaflow dx uv water purifier is under warranty and after six months i got an sms for free maintenance check up. But nobody turned up from customer service at thrissur, kerala. Later on i registered a complaint when the on/off switch of water purifier stopped functioning. I have phoned several times and a standard answer will be given to customers, "our service person will attend to your complaint today". Later on the service personnel came on 27-9-16 at 2.20pm and cleaned the purifier. But he informed me that he is not having the switch of the purifier and the damaged part was not replaced. These two incidents clearly shows the pathetic response from the customer care department. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The Eureka Forbes water purifier technician came at 12.45pm on 6-10-16. He has replaced the defective on/off switch of Aquasure aquaflow dx uv water purifier which is under guarantee. Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
