I paid rs.4850/- for amc of aquaguard ro purifier via cheque of 10th march but they started my services from 5th march on the card of amc (Aquaguard maintenance contract) only. From that day, i've called many times to service my ro but every time i get a response that sorry for the delay today or tomorrow, you'll get service and nobody comes yet. Whatever they promise you under amc is never done. It seems amc is an alternative source of revenue for them by practically not doing anything.
There service representative gives misleading information regarding the inclusions in amc. Name of the service representative is vicky. Also, they charge different amount to different customers.in my case, earlier it was 4500/-...

We purchased aquaguard from eureka forbes just 6 months back and it has stopped working 2 times..in addition to this the service providers are highly ignorant and slow in resolving issues. They will either not pick up your phone or will just make excuses for the delay of services. They just put blame on the company for the non availability of parts and cause of delay. Poor overall experience with eureka forbes....

I have procured dr. Aquaguard magna almost 6 months before and still same is under warranty. This is the third time i am raising complain.in last two cases water was overflowing and even after your service engineers visit problem was still not resolved. Today water starts to overflow from bottom and side wall of the container.
I think this is the product issue or manufacturing issue with this particular lot.

I am residing in kalyan (W), maharashtra, india. We have a compact model of water purifier. We recently got out ro serviced which changed all cartreges and also charged 600 for service. Despite of all this water tastes heavy. When called cc she said your ro is not having uv so we cannot do tds control.

10th of march (2019) one of their serviceman came and did a mandatory servicing on my water purifier. And since then machine is not working properly.

Not even after 2 minutes the purifier was damaged. And the serviceman was not accepting his fault.
