I ordered Eureka Forbes product from PayTM mall which got delivered on 27th August, 2019. I called on customer care number and requested for installation.

I paid for amc for 2 years, and when the product was not working the next day itself, i repeatedly tried calling your service person (The number given for contact), the service person never came back and kept forwarding to another fake number. I mentioned to your eureka forbes customer support team also, and they mentioned there is no amc for your product. Felt like cheated by your service person for about rs. 9000+....

I have placed a service request to the customer care executive over phone and they have arrange the local representative from aqua bio care (Erode). Since last 10 days water purifier is not working and has been calling the engineer since then but not attended the repair.

We have been using local available water and family members got sick. Need justice in this regard. Never expected such service from Eurekaforbes Ltd....
