I had purchased aquaguard reviva ro+uv+mtds model with sales person named girish gowda one year before.

Just to meet his sales targets he convinced and mentioned in note that he will provide 18 months warranty and maintenance whereas standard terms of 12 months only...

Following was my experience on the product & service.

- Product is defective - Scratches on panel, Hot water tap is bent, Cold water tap is getting stuck with tap which might break, Back grill screw is missing.br...

I purchased eureka forbes jazz on march 17th and it has 1 year warranty.
I have used only twice. From july 7th till today i am raising complaint. No one is responsive. It is not working. Sometimes it will not start and sometimes it will never stop.

I paid 8000 rs in the name of maintenance charges two years with promise of annual water filter change
And annual three maintenance services. But no one attending right now.. They're not even lifting my phone calls... Till now fifteen month are completed no one changed water...

My water purifier needs a replacement of it's filters it's under amc validity till 16/07/2019 the same was renewed in advance on technician visit dated 03/07/2019 and new amc renewed till 24/07/2022. Complain for eureka forbes sales. Kesar mob:[protected] his manager sushant : [protected] they delivered old batch date water purifier and when i returned they donot give my token money and finance paper. Totally bad service from aquaguard.
Today i received a call from mobile number : [protected] saying they are edureka forbes mumbai they took my address and assured me money will be returned still no progress...

The water purifier AMC contract was created on 29th June 2019 and technician performed incomplete maintenance as he didn't had all filter cartridges required. Now so far after 11 days still he hasn't turned up.
Everytime email send to customers care they provide fake promises that technician will visit tomorrow....
