[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Bad service and fraud people in the company

I have very nice Aquaguard Enhance purchased in August 2013, but the serice is really bad. The sales person who sold me the system told that I am eligible for 3 free service (cleaning of Aquaguard and maintenance) but the scene was different.The guy came only once a year and did the cleaning, plus he didnt said that i have more 2 service left or anything which was promised by the sales person at the time of purchasing. After 1 year, I received a call from customer service lady that I have to pay 4600/- for new filter and 500/- for cleaning filter. Is this correct? I am not blaming the machine but the people involved, they are not professionals. I am filing this complaint because I didn't get what i expected after paying 16000/- for the water filter. I am very sorry to say that, such a big company is involved in fraud. One of my friend have KENT water filter and they are very satisfied with the service. KENT people are coming regularly after 3-3 months to clean the filter and checking the water quality regularly. I appeal to Aquaguard people to look into this matter and proceed. I want 2 more free service as promised, otherwise I will put this complaint in all the complaint site available in India.
