[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Bad services under AMC | |||
Sir/mam I purchased eureka forbes aquaguard water filter in the year 2000 keeping in mind that the company is very reputed.I usw to renew the AMC of the unit withut break and i was fully satisfied with the services till[protected] and after that due to unsatisfactory services by the franchise i managed to take the machine as and when required to company's repairing centre at w.e.a karol bagh Delhi. But now the company stopped providing this facility and i again forced to take A.M.C for the same on 06/09/2014 by paying Rs 2700/- but now i think that i committed a miatake by chosing this branded co.The service provider are not attending the phone calls.I make the complaint on your helpline no.39883333 on 19/3/15 compaint no. 80728061 followed by reminder on 12/05/2015 complaint no. 81519320. But sorry to say that both the complaints are pending till date. This type of services are providing by your side with a good slogan 'You are friend for life'. Was this information helpful? | |||
