Dear sir/madam,
We have made a contract agreement for three years of service & maintenance for our classic aquagaurd water filter and process system. The agreement terms & condition were as per your procedure. The start date of the service agreement was 24/01/2015 and end date was 25/01/2018. But unfortunately you have not given any service till 29/05/2016. After requesting to you, you have provide a delayed service on 30/05/2016. We are not interested at all to avail such type of your service on requesting your people every time. Now we have to claim the total service charges with compensation from you. So we request you to refund the total amount of service charges as early as possible, otherwise we have to take further actions as per indian rule.
