Dear Sir/Madam, i have purchased Eureka forbes aqua water purifire Nano cash memo no 155 on 27 sept from BABA Electronics SGM Nagar Faridabad but till today, the installation for same is pending after follow up your installation customer care no [protected]. At the time of selling the dealer has promise to provide installation in 24 hrs and the same promised by you customer care executives but till now no response found. i am feelling like i get cheated from your complany and dealer and very disspointed that i am not getting water after spending 10500 for your product. Kindly help me in this matter below mentioned are the follow up detail with your customer care. [protected] on 27/9/2016 given request for insrallation [protected] on 29/9 at 16:10 pm, they promised to install the product with in 24 hrs [protected] on 30/9 at 19:41 they have given your service center(durga laxmi ent M [protected] but Mr. jitender kaushik has been denied as he did not received any request from company).
