[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Complaint no:[protected] ORDER CANCELLATION

Earlier i had an issue with product deliverance. Finally I had received the product after one month.. Now after receiving the product the purified water's TDS level is more than 300.. Service person came home & checked the device, this device's maximum capacity seems to be this for my area. But this wasn't told by Mr.Punithan (Emp Code: 9029736).. Also i enquired about the AMC charges for the device. He bluffed saying that it wont cost more than 1500Rs. But i got to know that the AMC for this device is 4000Rs.. Mr.Punithan also told that the UV lamp wattage is 45 Watts.. (45 watts can actually burn the device) He didnt have any idea about the product.. He also told me that the product regularly scans the storage tank with UV light to disinfect.. this facility is not available in the MAGNA.. that was suppose to be Genesus product's feature.. YOUR SALES GUY TOLD THAT WHO RECOMMENDS ONLY WATER WHICH HAS TDS BELOW 150, NOW I'M GETTING 300.. WELL DONE EUREKA.. WHY SO MANY LIES TO SELL THIS PRODUCT? I DONT WANT THIS PRODUCT.. PLEASE TAKE IT BACK.. AS I BOUGHT IT ON INSTALLMENT, I'M STOPPING THE CHECQUE PAYMENT FROM MY SIDE.. I'VE RAISED A REQUEST FOR REFUND.. COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 91508330 MY NEIGHBOUR SEEMS TO BE USING AQUAGUARD PRODUCT, SOON YOU MIGHT HEAR A CANCELLATION FROM THEM TOO... ALL THE BEST EUREKA FORBES FOR CREATING SUCH TRUTHLESS LIARS IN THE NAME OF SALES PERSON..
