I would like to bring a serious issue facing by us to your notice.We are using Aquaguard filter for last four years. Last month we renewed the AMC and replaced the filter .Three weeks back we shifted to our own apartment and raised request for installing the filter at our new address. Eureka Forbes customer care gave the contact details of Service Engineer(Mobile:[protected]).He picked our call once and we gave the address.After that he never picked our call and no service also.
