Eureka Forbes — Complaint regarding mis guidence and horrible product plus harresment

This is a very shocking behavior of such a brand aqua guard with all false commitments and all misguidance, i had purchased the product on 26/05/2015 that was riviva ro+uv which after few days started giving us sour water, when we launched a complaint first we were not treated seriously then we were told by the service people that this machine is not needed for mumbai water the sales guy name is kailasnath tiwari from mumbai kurla, then after serious arguments we were given with a replacement of a new machine who forced us to buy dr.Magna ro+uv by the sales head of kurla mumbai he is shalimar, again which after 15 days started giving us problem, it stop giving us water, after complain again launched its been the third time today that the machine is been stopped working a real big harassment and we are ashamed of you'll to whom we trusted as a brand and suffering a lot from the service and sales department, i need a replacement with the good machine within 24 hours or else even i am going to file the complain in consumer court.
There is a very bad service given from sales and service plus call centers of mumbai

The attached file consist of the sign and thumb impression of the sales person which we took from him after his second visit and no satisfaction stating that he has no knowledge of the product and using the match stick for repairment.after long harassment OF 3 TIMES COMPLAINTS LAUNCED IN 1 MONTH
