Sir / Madam,
Complaint number 82685874 was registered on 25th July morning and we were told that it will be attended within 2 working days. Inspite of numerous calls and follow up no one has come till now. The machine is completely out of order and we are getting water from neighbour's house. Also there was complaint made previously but that was inappropriately handled. Leakages continues.
