Eureka Forbes — Complaint Unattended - Worst Service, No response for our calls

We were in AMC and changed all the parts of the machine, within few days membrane is not working. On 04/06/2015 I registered a complain but they came for service only on 14/6/2015 again I was asked to change a new filter (Pre filter candle for Rs.375). From that day I changed the filter, the membrane didnt work till now. After many complaints recently two weeks back they took water for sample but still no response about anything... Todays date is 28/7/2015 ... Worst service and I daily was complaining to[protected], they will give a response that, service will be done by today... but still no one came... My recent complaint Number 82300912..
I am daily buying cane water outside... I will wait for two days... if no response will go to consumer court...
