[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Delay in servicing and not attending for service | |||
I purchased 2 Aquasure UV+RO, one at my residence at 19/2 Biswas para lane and another at my daughter's flat at 33 Sarat Pramanik Lane, both at Ranaghat and under AMC. The machine at my daughter's flat never serviced properly in spite of having AMC. 1) Machine at my Daughter's flat has gone out of order and not attending by the service provider for the last 4/5 days, in spite of several reminders over telephone. It happened in previous occasions also. We are not at all satisfied with your service. Did I commit a great blunder in purchasing the machine from you ? 2)In case of the machine at my residence, Service Technician attends, some time it get delayed and sometime it is delayed for parts etc, as told by the technician. The present problem is, the machine gone out of order on 17/08/2014 and the technician attended on 18/08/2014 and dismantled the machine telling me that PCB is required. On 18/08/2014, I lodged a complain (No. [protected]) also. On 21/08/2014 The technician came and tried a lot and left the machine dismantled telling me that another part is required which would take 2 or more days. We are facing severe problem for drinking water. If this is the condition of service of a company of repute like you where should we stand ? Please do the needful immediately.
