[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Dr. Aquaguard water purifier | |||||
I had purchase Dr. Aquaguard water purifier (DR. AQUAGUARD DR. AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO+UV) in December 2015; installed in January 2016. It was performing well till recently. However for past few days the wastage water stopped flowing out. Since I had purchased this unit online I have been trying to lodge online complaint without success. When attempting to lodge online complaint it asks me to give a miss call from the mobile number registered at the time of purchasing. When I try to give a miss call it doesn't connect and hence I am unable to register my complaint. Please assist me. My customer ID# [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Despite the completion of the project as per the exact requirements communicated to us time and again and well within the timelines Mr. Pratik Singhania refuses to pay us the promised fees of INR 50, 000/-
Even our legal actions are being taken casually and are being intentionally ignored and answered casually to harress us further and stretch the matter.
Cheapest people and company that I have seen in my life.
Marketing Manager cheats,
AVP send half informed, sarcastic, arrogant and unprofessional mails on being sent a detailed mail,
CEO is happy hiding in his office enjoying being the leader of a team that cheats and deceives people. As long as the company pays him a fat salary he will happily close his eyes to all kinds of inefficiencies his people exhibit. So much for his LEADERSHIP
