[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Enhance model not acting as a purifier | |||||
I bought an enhance model from Eureka Forbes. the vessel in which supposedly purified water is stored - mud settles on it. There are cockroaches in the vessel. I am sick and tired of complaining to the company. They send technicians but haven't got any permanent solution. technicians come clean the vessel and then again in few days mud settles inside the vessel. I would request the company to either change the water purifier or resolve the issue permanently. I have a two year kid and an elderly person at home.
