[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Eureka Forbes - cheating customers with Countrywide Networks Pvt. Ltd. by scratch card offers | |||
I brought eureka forbea Wet & Dry Vacuum cleaner and as a promotional offer I got a scratch card in which I got a provogue wrist watch just to claim gift I did registed on click2redeem.com and sending them the original scratch card with invoice copy and a AT PAR cheque of 100 INR towards Countrywide Networks Pvt Ltd. and in return I got a duplicate provogue watch which is worth around INR 100 and that can be easily available on footpaths of railway station, I checked the manufacturers website too and there is no model at all which I got .such a branded company doing cheating with customers I am really feeling cheated and if there will be no solution I will file a case in consumer court really I am feeling cheated and mentally harassed. Hi Team, As I had discussion with your executive and try to connect Provoke.. But unable to catch them because there contact is showing not existing, it’s frustrating...
Even there is not a single sticker of prize, mfd & manufacture, other side executive unable to tell the model# of watch and say it’s a bulk order. I am surprise and it's quite interesting to know "A multinational Company doesn't have tag of Model# of Product.
