Sir my customer code is [protected].i had purchased aquaguard Dr.Ro+uvmagna on 9th April 2016.it stopped working for which I made a complaint on 25th October but after several reminders ia technician visited and after three days it again stopped working. I have lodged a complaint on 3rd November but till today no one has paid a visit.we are facing an actue problem of not getting filtered water since so many days.i am daily calling the customer care.the reminder no.are 97456043 and 97467666.i have also paid rs4950 as an annual service contract. Is this kind of service is provided by eureka forbes.it has becomr more of a harassment for us after buying eureka forbes product.i hope tto get my complaint rectified as soon as possible.
