[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Eureka Forbes water purifier model classic AMC not being carried out

I have entered into an annual maintenance contract for the water purifier model classic at my house located at flat No.B/403, Sita Kutir, Veena Nagar Phase II, Off L.B.S. Marg, Mulund West, Mumbai 400080, Maharashtra, under contract receipt No.[protected], which is valid till 7/12/2015. Despite repeated complaints no technician is being deputed to service the machine and replace the used carbon granules. My complaint No. is [protected] original which has been subsequently updated thrice with difference numbers. This matter is very serious and unless action is taken by the department responsible, I will be forced to take up the matter with Consumer Guidance Society.
