I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner on 21st of May 2015 worth 13, 990/-. Until now, no one is bothered to call and update about the until delivery nor the status. Technician named Venkatesh, Mobile No. - [protected] was at home and sold it to me. I called the customer care and logged a complaint# 92020666 about the unit delivery on 2nd June 2015. Customer Care Executive says i will get the unit in 24 hrs... very funny answer by her.. I don't know with what confidence she said this. Obviously as a frustrated customer called again on 6h June 2015, now its 72 hrs.. same story.. no update.. i have logged a complaint # 92038298 for cancellation - Reason is as a customer why should i follow-up? if this is just with the sales.. imagine what pain should we go through the service. Now they say that it will take 48 hrs to get a call back for the cancellation.. lets see.. This not a problem with a customer care executives, its purely viable that Eureka Forbes is not able to service the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
