I have purchased aquagaurd Magna HD RO+UV water purifier last december. we are a small family and usage of water is not high. in this 10 months we have made service requests 4 times and they have taken the purifier to their place for repair and done. Every time we do repair, with in one or two months again it is stopping worked. I am not sure it is the problem of this piece or this model or EUREKA Forbs itself. Since it is in AMC, i am getting free service. Whether we bought this for frequent services? I have lost my patience and i am feeling very bad for buying this. Again it is not working and i have raised my complaint . I want a permanent solution. if any problem with this particular model i am ready to get it exchanged with proper working model. After spending hard earned money of 17000/- if we get this kind of product, it is a reputation loss to Eureka Forbs.
